Helli Ladies, Im new to this group. Need help with keeoing my tracking uo to date. I go for 2 wks then drop off. Been very active training for a century ride. Work out 5 days per week. Havent lost an ounce. Rode my bike for 6 hous on Saturday in 95 degree heat. Not .... one...... ounce. Help.

Got off track this weekend with so much going on. Did get in a lot if exercise. Back on track this morning with a healthy breakfast.

Just getting started in the new year. Not the heaviest of my life but not the lightest. My goals are to lose 10 lbs in 6 week or by the end of February then another 10 lbs in the 2nd 6 weeks or by April 15th - tax day. I need to get back to 5 days a week early morning workbouts.
