MyFitnessPal Calorie Calculations - Elliptical Trainer
Hey Gang: Been using MyFitnessPal for about two weeks now... Love it! Have a question though... For my weight (230 and age 52) it calculates that 40 minutes of Elliptical work will burn about 700 calories... The machine I use suggest about 400 calories, and the calculators on-line are everywhere from 300 calories to 800…
