Macros Help?!
Can anyone advise me on ideal macros split? Female, 169cm, 69 kilos, workout approx 4 times a week... I'd like to loose about 4 kilos... After reasearching on line and calculating my protein is 50% but this seems quite high? I've heard of the 40 40 20 method, protein at 40'and cycling carbs & fat, can anyone recommend…
