Problems with the app
I keep needing to log back in every time on the app. Also, the steps/ calories seem inaccurate - today 20 calories under and I could save the day... any ideas?

Started on the 1st Oct! Not lost anything
Hi, I started to count calories from the 1st Oct, stopped drinking alcohol - about 500 calories my normal and not lost anything! Any top tips? 🤪

Had this app for ages but only really stuck to it this time. Week one done a gained a 1lb
