I began daily stretching today. feel so much better after doing it and it only takes 15 minutes.
just got thru first weekend w/out sugar. drinking more water helps a lot.
This is my first day using MyFitnessPal. I would like to eat healthier, exercise on a regular basis and achieve / maintain a healthy weight.
