Need recipes HELP
What are some good recipes for losing weight? I struggle with lunch and dinner recipes that are good for me to lose weight. I hate plain foods, unless it’s like cooked veggies, I can do those plain! But meats and what not.. and I have a huge problem with carbs and butter
First day
Could barely fit in my wedding dress, and then hopped on the scale. Gained a lot of weight in the past year, and today I took a stand. I plan on sticking to this great journey! & I could use all the support I can get! & if you need support, I can definitely be there for that! :)
