Are publix low fat rice cakes bad ?
I do my daily work out for an hour or two high intensity and I also go to cross fit , I'm doing my diet properly, I don't understand why I'm still stuck at the same number . It's frustrating, I put my all in at my work outs and no progress the same number is hunting me what do I do !!!!!! Please help me
I'm doing cross fit and then after like a later that day perhaps at night I go ahead and go to the gym and do cardio . Is it bad or should I let my body rest ? Just wondering .
