Looking for mutual motivational buddies to add me to their friends list. Currently in week 2 of new plan and doing well. Family will be visiting in a couple of weeks and they are habitual junk food eaters. Need resistance power!
Always had issues with sweets, and to a lesser extent salty dense foods. I don't want to go up any more clothing sizes. I've gained considerable 'relationship weight' - 30lbs. My goal is to go from 260lbs to 210lbs.
