Hi everyone, Back in February, I started my weight loss/exercice program and my first goal was to hit under that 200 number.. so 199.8. As of this morning, I reached that goal after 29 lbs!! I am soooo happy and proud. Now, my next goal is 10 lbs.. small goals at a time until I reach where I'll be comfortable with!
I got back on MFP about a month ago. Had gain back some of the weight I had lost some years ago so back to measuring, weighing and all in all, eating so much better! I lost 11 pounds in 4 weeks and feeling great.
