Teachers? Time to take care of ourselves.
I'm an elementary school teacher and I need to lose around 60 lbs! Gah! Time to do some self care and look at my own life. I keep hearing that it's harder alone so this is me reaching out. Any other teachers out there? Or anyone trying to stay alive? Ok... Here we go.
