First half marathon ADVICE
Hi all. I am signing up for my first half marathon in October. Currently, I can barely run a 5k! Any training tips? I have downloaded Gipis as a guide. It suggests 3 days a week of training. How many days a week do others recommend? And any other suggestions? :smile: Thanks!

Vegetarians: Getting enough protein
I am a vegetarian and I find it REALLY difficult to get enough protein every day. I feel like I am consuming mostly fats and carbs in my macros. I eat pretty healthy. Any one have any tips?!
