NSV! Grocery store
For the past 3 years I have been riding an electric cart while shopping. For about the past few weeks I have been able to walk it! I am proud of myself and just wanted to share as I don't have much of a support group.

This doesn't make sense! ?
I have a can of black beans, no salt added, and a serving size is 130 grams for a total of 385 grams per can. I drained and rinsed the beans, tare my scale added the beans and it is weighing 227 grams for the whole can. I weighed it 3 times and everytime it's the same 227. TMI question regarding BM's
I take opiate medication for chronic pain and am having problems with constipation. I eat over my daily required amount of fiber and drink tons of water, yet I only have a BM about twice a week. Any suggestions other than taking meds? Thanks for any advice.

After eating A LOT healthier for a few weeks, I am freezing all the time. I have over 100 lbs. to lose and I am not use to this! Is this normal or do you think it is eating related? Thanks for any advice.
