What are some good fats that I could add to my diet? I'm new to eating healthy and nutrition so any advice helps. Every time I log a food it always says too much saturated fat or always something that I don't want to see lol

Looking for people with the same goals
Looking for friends who have the same macros as me mine are...carbs 50% fat 30% protein 20% about 1200 calories little more. Not really understanding the macro thing so maybe looking at other food diaries with the same goals may help. Thanks so much
