I used the app years ago and lost 16 pounds. I fell off the wagon and my sugar levels climbed so I am back. Watching what I eat, drinking more water and walking 30 minutes a day. Want to get back down to 175 to 180.
Hello! I've been using this app for a little while and love it. My short term goal is to lose 27 pounds and use that to drop 10 to 15 more pounds. I was diagnosed with diabetes and now work hard at watching what I eat.
