I'm trying to educate myself on the paleo lifestyle. Anybody eating that way? Any suggestions for beginners? Or for someone who's thinking about it?

Fitbit troubles
MFP for the second time has not loaded my steps. Its stuck on 900 and I've done about 6000 steps. Anyone else has had the same problem and were you able to fix it? Thanks.

Feeling impatient
Do ever feel like you just want the weight just to hurry up alrighty and fall off. I know it didn't appear over night. Just how I'm feeling right now.

What was your latest guilty pleasure
So I just scarffed a whole pint of haagan daz chocolate and peanut butter ice cream...yum I'm still under my calories by 80. Still, probably wasn't a good idea but I so wanted it.

Completed 7 days worth of my food diary
I'm happy with week one. I was able to stick with logging in. I averaged about 130 calories over per day...not bad. Weigh in tomorrow wish me luck.

Trying again!!!
First time trying this out. I've done weight watchers several times in the past and I loved being part of the community. It helped me lose the weight I lost. But, I've gained it all back again.
