I need help and advice.
My weight loss has slowed way down and I don't know why. I eat close to or at my 1200 calories a day. I exercise 4 to 5 days a week, an hour each time, cardio and weights. I'm not sure why I'm not losing more weight. I don't eat sugar, I don't eat sweets, hardly any red meats, not many carbs at all, no pop or juices,…
