Well pneumonia has pretty much bedridden me for these last few months - all my good work undone. Feel so unhealthy and haven't even thought of dieting these last 12 weeks. So here we are, at my heaviest ever weight the day before the most important job appraisal of my life so far... Its time for a change... All help and encouragement gratefully accepted and returned, wanting to change 40 and fat to 40 something and fit!!
