Why am I not losing weight?
I have started using myfitnesspal four days ago. I weigh 232 pounds now and my goal is to lose 2 pounds a week. MFP has given me 1580 calories a day to work with. I workout everyday (cardio, 600-800 calories) and consume less than 1200 calories. Yes, I know it is not healthy to do that but as long as I am not starving…
