Body fat guesstimate please
Hey guys- I just wanted to see what you'd put my body fat at. I have a number from my calipers, but they only measure using one spot on my body and I'm not sure how accurate that is. Not sure if it's pertinent information, but I'm 5'3 and 124 pounds.

Lean enough to bulk?
Hey guys- I wanted to get your input on whether or not I’m lean enough to bulk. I’m 5’3 and 121 pounds- unsure on body fat, but my calipers put me around 20%. My current plan is to continue at a deficit for three more weeks and then start a bulking cycle for about 3 months. Am I ready?

So I noted that during my squat, my knees have been buckling and I've been driving through my toes. I read that I need to look up and push my knees out, maybe curl my toes up. Am I doing this right?
I'm trying to figure out where to go from here. I've lost 20 pounds since February through diet and exercise. I'd like to appear more toned and have been lifting heavy weights four days per week (back day, arm day, etc), plus doing 20 min of cardio a few days per week and a body pump class 1-2 times per week.
