Very discouraged, not sure what else to try
In late 40s and have steadily gained weight while remaining active everyday with ballroom dancing 1-2x per week, zumba 2x per week, weight training 2-3x per week and lots of bowling 3-5x per week. Cannot add much more to my schedule. I watch what i eat, i get inimum 8500 steps a day. Why can i not lose the weight? I go to…
