Any other 17/18 year olds on here?
I am trying to lose 2lbs a week, currently weighing 155.68 lbs. I find it so hard to not snack when I get home from 6th form but I do 30mins of stationary cycling 6 times a week. I just keep losing motivation to get to my goal weight of 141 lbs. I guess I just want some advice and other people to talk to on here about how…
