Lost 52 lbs in 131 days
Just posting an update. After 131 days, I'm down 52 lbs., weighing in at 178 lbs. This is right after I spent 2 weeks in Hawaii (combination of work & vacation). I kept up with regular workouts, even working out longer (more cardio). I increased my calorie goal to more of a maintenance level, while there. I did gain about…

Hi! I'm new to MFP, but have been a road warrior most of my life... I just decided to get back to being healthy about 3 weeks ago.
