So I ate lunch and did not finish it all. However Ate it later on do I have to put the rest of the food again. when I am trying to count the calories.
I want to become a vegetarian but I am doing it very slow I don't know how to get the proper calories in the foods that I eat. I would like help on learning new techniques of foods to eat that will fill me up that I would not want to eat meat. Can someone help
