Are Monunsaturated and polyunsaturated fats bad for you?
Hi, if I understand it correctly Myfitnesspal says we should not have any mono or polyunsaturated fats. However, I use Huel when I cant get decent food and it has both and it is meant to be a balanced food stuff. Can anyone help? (Huel wrong? Myfitnesspal wrong? Or not as simple as that?) Thanks
