Hi-I don't do much grain and basically no bread due to gluten sensativity. What other kind of food items can I eat as I seem to fall short in the carb category at the end of the day? I know fruit, but usually do that in the morning and I know the sugar (natural ) is high in fruits. Suggestions please!
Hello, I just joined this. Any suggestions for things to eat that are low calorie carbs? At the end of today, I needed 325 more calories and 88g of carbs. Although it is 8:30pm, I won't eat that late. Guess I need to put in even more vegetables.
