Steps tracking?
Does anyone track their steps each day? If so what do you find is most accurate...? My I phone doesn't seem to register most of my activity, However I do have an I watch. Does anyone have any suggestion? Apps? Thanks!

What's your target?
Hi everyone. I'm 25, hoping to loose 40-45 lbs. currently eating under 1,500 calories a day. And keeping my carbs low as possible if any. I'd love to get inspiration from your meal plans! Or any advice. Let me know if I can add you. Good luck, Lets do this!!!
