Hi I'm 28 from upstate NY I gained weight after surgery and having trouble loseing. I went low carb but drops my blood sugars I'm also a type 1 diabetic I'm at 150lbs now want to get to 115 again but will little for 130 any advice also I have no idea how to add friends here

Always under 1200 calories
Mfp has me at 1200 calories a day. I've been doing low carb and lots of veggies. Some days I'm at 800 calories. Should I really try to eat 1200 to stay healthy? Some days I do 1400 calories mainly sat.

pacer app accurate?
Ive useing pacrer app that connects to mfp but was wondering if it really is accurate I noticed it not counting steps or counting to many I would like a pedometer that connects with mfp any ideas I don't want to spend hundreds

Type 1 diabitic needs help
I'm 5ft at 145lbs I want to get to 110 but will settle for 115 it's hard to lose weight when my sugar drios and then I have to add calories back in any tips will be great ty
