I've heard pros and cons... What are y'all's thoughts?
What did you notice when you stopped drinking pop, or soda? I've noticed that I don't get heartburn nearly as much as I did before I stopped. I also have noticed the skin around my eyes isn't as dark as it used to be... This is going on 2 weeks strong. Can't wait to see what else changes. :)
How long did it take y'all to notice a visible difference? And how many times a week for how long did you lift?
Good news, two weeks off pop and not planning on going back! Bad news, not much healthy stuff sounds good or tastes good to me... Working on eating 100% better now that I've conquered pop. Any suggestions?
But I've dropped drinking pop for 5 days and lost 3.4lbs so far. This week, I'm incorporating diet change and exercise. Here's to what this week will bring to the scale.
What can I do or use to minimize this pain? Compression socks?
