Smoking and Running?
I smoke a pack a day. I have been for like 8 years now. Is it still possible to run for an hour, (eventually), if I smoke cigarettes? I've had people tell me I can't, and people tell I can. I'd like to here from people who actually smoke that much and run that much as well. ??????

Portions!
The ONLY that thing I do is portion control and I have lost tons of weight. Like everyone thinks I'm on drugs just because of my weight loss. Just eat 3 fourths what you usually do then half and that's all!! No pop though in my case! I mean think about it, just eat what you need! That's how I look at it

I just started using this app yesterday! Very cool! I weigh 154 currently and my goal is 130, maybe less I'm not sure! I have already lost 20 pounds before I started using this. I'd like to have friends who are committed to using this and love to do outdoor exercises so I can learn new thing to do to shape up my body!!
