I'm looking to purchase PBfit powdered peanut butter, I was wondering if you recommended the plain peanut flavour, or the chocolate peanut flavour? Thanks :) Oh, and also how do u incorporate it into your diet? I've heard it's good in shakes.

Is it possible to reach my goal by July?
I'm currently 168lbs and 5'3. My goal is to lose 35lbs (weight=133lbs). I plan to do intense cardio training 6x a week and eat 1500kcals. Is it doable? I don't urgently need to lose the weight by then, but it would be nice to look in shape for summer.

Am I undereating?
I'm currently 11stone 9lbs, 5.3 and 18 years old. I've been eating 1400 cals for just over a week and have been seeing good progress. However I'm worried I'm undereating and messing up my metabolism. can I lose 1 stone(14lbs) by the end of June?
I have 2 months, is this doable? If so, how many calories do you reckon I should consume if I do moderate intensity exercise 5x a week, my work is sedentary. I'm 5'4 and currently weigh 11stone 3lbs.
