Desperately in need of help gaining weight!!
Hey! I'm Danielle. I have Crohn's Disease and I am currently frale, 4'11, and 87 lbs. I know you're going to say I should eat more but due to my health issue it's VERY hard to do. There are a lot of foods that I cannot eat. I'm not really sure where to start, I really don't know what to do for that matter. Any suggestions…
