Feeling discouraged when I eat bad...

Net calorie intake help!!
So I've been using this app and it says for me to eat 1600 calories a day. I use Daily Burn everyday and burn about 600-800 calories with it so then it tells me to eat about 2200 calories. With this said however, my net calorie for the day, even when eating more to accommodate the calories I burned, is way less than 1200…
