Hello! Trying to get back in shape! After moving to a new state and just life being busier than ever I've definitely let myself go🙄 Anyway, I like seeing progress in myself and others, learning new workouts and healthier recipes to stay on track. Keeps me motivated!
So a couple years ago I lost 70lbs. I used my fitness pal off and on during that time. Welp, I've gained some back and now want to lose 30lbs. I've never had friends on here and think it would help me be more motivated, plus I love trying new workouts
