Trying to run a 5 k
Hi everyone, I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Virginia. I am trying to train myself to run a 5 k. I am using the couch to 5 K app. I'm stuck on week 5 day 2. It is an 8 minute run, 5 minute walk, and another 8 minute run. I'm also trying to lose 10 lbs. any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Hope you…
