Why is 3 inches so hard to lose?
Does anyone have any tips on seeing immediate results to get rid of 3 inches? I've substantially cut breads, rices, pastas...starches, and sugars from my diet. I'm not so bloated looking or looking as if I'm 4 months pregnant, but when I "suck it in" I can stand to lose 3 inches from my midsection to see some noticeable…
