Stuck
I'm 3 weeks post op Bariatric surgery and I've lost 33lbs since I started this journey and now I'm at a stand still. I can't get pass 313lbs. I've been there for a week and a half. I started in the gym today and I did a serious workout for about 2 hours so I'm hoping this will get the numbers moving again. Any suggestions?
