Not comparing myself with others and focusing on me.
I am working out for me and my health and working on myself as a whole person. If I compare myself with others who are thinner than me I lose focus.

Keeping daily records
Holding myself accountable is probably the biggest contributor to my weight loss. Weighing myself every morning is a must and writing my food down and water intake is essential. I drink 3 qts a day of water. I get good sleep.

Working out to be healthy
I'm trying to stay within a healthy bmi and eat protein so I can burn fat and gain muscle. I will exercise everyday to stay fit and keep a healthy regimen.
