I went to the doctor today to find out that I weigh 233lbs, wanted to cry but pride wouldn't have it. She told me about my fitness pal and told me to just try it, so I am. I feel stupid and ashamed but I'm going to do it. In my dreams I am a size 8 and happy and one day it will be real.
