Non workout days in MFP
My job is sitting at a desk most of the day, but try to walk and take the steps as much as I can. My TomTom says I get about 7000 steps on these days. Should I be entering the calories burned from my my TomTom into MyFitnessPal? For instance today I didn't workout, and was under my 1300 calorie goal. But TomTom says I…
