How do you count calories for marinades?
Hello! I made chicken kabobs with veggies this evening. I had it marinating in this homemade honey marinade. I made the recipe in the calculator but I throw out the marinade do I still count all the calories for that? I can't weigh it either since a lot of the veggies distributed water while marinating. Not sure what to do?
