Lost 60 pounds over 2 year period
I lost 60 lbs over a 2 1/2 year period. I lost the first 30 lbs just by switching to water and cutting out soft drinks but then I stalled after a year. Then I joined MFP and joined a gym in March 2016 and lost 30 lbs. I've still got to lose 8 pounds more to reach my goal weight. Slow and steady wins the race!…
