I'm new to MFP and been at it a little over a week now. I've lost about 8 lbs (mostly water weight). I just want to confirm: Losing weigh comes from calorie deficit. Lost 7 lbs in one week just started
Do you think this is water weight? I'm being very healthy and eating my calories as well as doing 45 mins of cardio a day. It just seems like in one week I've melted/ Is this normal? Thanks!

Help! I hate most vegetables!
I'm 25 and I eat like a 5 year old. (actually some 5 year olds may eat better than me) I do like some vegetables. My go to veggies: Avocado Zucchini Asparagus Spinach Cooked Broccoli But other than that I don't like really any other veggies. :( How can I learn to love veggies?!
