New to MFP
Greetings all! Downloaded this on the advice of one of my good friends. Stats: 6'8 311 lbs 16% BF. Goal: 10% BF or lower Only been using the app for a few days so I am still getting the hang of it. Hit me up if you are on a similar journey.
