How can I be patient...when I work so hard! Yet see no results!!!
No results at all. I've been on MyFitnessPal for only 8 days but my fitness journey has been ongoing for over 2 months. I'm a vegetarian and eat extremely healthy, although I do occasionally eat junk food. Overall I exercise everyday, and see no results at all. I'm not overeating, I always count my calories.
