Injury prevention?
So I keep getting this dumb little injuries- tendonitis here, Achilles strain there, yada, yada. I foam roll with a standard roller and I RICE when needed. Now I am trying a whole30 approach to see if I can ward off inflammation. What do you do? Any suggestions pf what you do or use?

Weekends are hard.
Drinks with friends. Yummy food. Socializing....I just cant seem to stay on target on weekends. What do you do? I definitely up the exercise. But you can't outrun the fork...

Disconnect fitbit help?
I cant disconnect my Fitbit. I go t ok disconnect, and the app wont let me click the "disconnect" button. Also, I hate apostrophes. Clearly.

Cherry Blossom 10 in our beloved nation's capital and a half in Frederick, Maryland shortly thereafter. What are your running? Have you run it before? Did you like the course? Calories and steps- double dipping
So my Fitbit says I walked 11,000 steps. However, nearly 5,000 were from my morning run. I'm not planning to eat my fitness, but i feel like my calories aren't being properly counted due to this. What do you do?

So running doesn't always equal weightloss
It used to. I could eat 382 pieces of pizza, rub a few, and I was good. Now? Mid-30s....not so much. Anyway, I love to run, eat, paint , eat, read and eat. I also like wine. A lot.
