Eyeballing food doesn't work for me, and MFP seems to be the only place I can track to gain OR lose depending where I need to be going :D
While it can be tedious, gotta log food for the day, and I like MFP for ease of use. At this stage of my life I'm doing a balance of strength and cardio training, and eating my definition of well. I mean, I do eat birthday cake :D
