Changes
I have gone and brought myself a Fitbit surge today (still getting the hang of it) and I am going to see a professional trainer on Thursday. I'm starting to make positive changes in my life and have even got myself some new running clothes. It's hard to belive how much I have changed but I'm pleased.

Although I did not loose the five stone through this app it is still my own success story. After being severely poorly I had decided enough was enough and I was going to shift the weight.
