Work out and app(what work outs are best for you?)
I noticed my first week I did not loose much but once I worked out 6 to 5 times out of the week to some old p90x dvds and youtubes biggestloser, while obviously doing the app iv been gaining muscle and have been losing 2lbs a week instead of 1lbs. that's with ONE day out of the week having a cookie or something portioned…
