Pasta! Cooked/uncooked ..Help!
Hi all, When logging my pasta, I scanned the barcode and it automatically logged 125gms which is the serving size. Does anyone know if this would be counting it as 125gms cooked, or uncooked? I don't want to log incorrectly and also the calories for that amount are huge! Help and advice please :)
