Hi,, I'm not fat nor skinny I'm here to loose a few pounds and tone my body. I've lost 6lbs so far in 6 days thanks to MFP telling me the calories I was eating and helping me change my ways! I was wondering if anyone had any helpful hints of toning up. Bearing in mind I get out of breath running up & down the stairs lol xx

How Do I Make Calories A Day Less?
My Calories are set to over 3000 a day, it was 1,200 at first, why has it changed and how do I change it back please?
